Wendy Saddington is a pioneering Australian Soul/Blues/Rock 'n' Roll singer with a career spanning fourty-odd years in music. Since the late 1960s, Wendy has worked with various bands and musicians, either live on stage and in the studio, primarily with the likes of James Taylor Move, Chain, Elliot Gordon Union, Jeff St. John & Copperwine, Billy Thorpe, The Aztecs, Jeff Crozier, Tully, Blues Assembly, Jeff Duff, Teardrop, and Aniseed. Wendy has also performed or supported gigs/festivals with such diverse musicians and bands, including Doug Parkinson, Brian Cadd, Ross Wilson, Kevin Borich, Tamam Shud, Mike Rudd, Henry Manetta, Mick Hadley, Jim Finn, Phil Manning, Harry Brus, Max Merritt and Blackfeather, to name but a few. Wendy Saddington has also been an inspiring figure to such noted Australian singers as Renee Geyer, Chrissy Amphlett, and Doug Parkinson, among others.
